Abs exercise

Although I have told you all about the importance of exercise, the good it does to your body, beauty and brains, here still are times when you just don't want to go out for the run, you're feeling too yuk to have anything to do with the gym people...and even though we are all allowed to have bad days, there's no need to skip exercise, and having no exercise equipment in your home is no excuse.
Admit it, abs and the abdominal area (together with bottoms, hips and thighs) are the most critical spots of your body. The abs will always show flab, so wearing fitted clothes becomes a chore, not a joy. So why not exercise for 20 minutes while watching your favorite show or listening to music? No equipment or knowledge needed, just look at this great instructional video from Expert Village:
