Product Review: Cover Girl LashExact Mascara
Filed in archive Beauty , Makeup , Product reviews on November 6, 2006
Well, there are many times in a girl's life when she needs to employ all her diva qualities and look like million $$. Which is almost every other day in my experience (lunch with clients, PR parties, going out with girls, dining with your potential bf etc.). But half of the time I do think that blackest black lash fattening and lengthening mascaras with smoky eyes makeup and red red lips is a bit too much. What to do, what to do?
Getting my hands on a new Cover Girl LashExact Mascara in brown was my sign from the makeup heaven. First of all, the mascara is just perfect for everyday wear - it does not clump, and the application is super easy. Brown really goes well with my pale skin tone and blond hair, and best of all, my lashes compliment my face, and not take it over.
So, if you want a great daytime look, just slap on some neutral eye shadow and a coat of LashExact. If you want a more original look, do as I do: choose a three color eye shadow set in purple-pink or green and smear it on to your liking. I usually apply the middle tone to my whole lid, the darkest one under my brows and just above my lashes and the lightest tone to my inner eye corners - to open up my eyes. A thin line with a dark brown eye pencil and two coats of LashExact mascara and I'm ready without looking too over-makeup-ed.
You will be positively surprised how well brown mascara goes with green or purple shadow!

I like your product. Recently, I bought the waterproof instead of the Lash Exact original by mistake. Can you tell me how to effectively remove it at night? I no longer have the package.
